AGM/Manager - Business Development

Job Context: Solaric is seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive Industrial rooftop solar sales. In this role you will be an Science/Engineering background with MBA and work directly with our Business Development Team, Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, sales-enabling initiatives, Corporate communication, documentation and knowledgeable about commercial product/solar.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead generation and develop new rooftop solar projects
  2. OpEx/CapEx model analysis for clients
  3. Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
  4. Follow up sales lead with industrial clients (B2B) and close the deal.
  5. Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
  6. Candidate should be capable to build up rope with the management there. Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
  7. Should be capable to identify prospective new clients.
  8. Knowledge of industrial bidding documents and experience with industrial solar/others projects .

Additional Requirements:

  1. Age at least 35 years.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  3. Senior level sales for b2B deals.
  4. Presentation and animation.
  5. Deatil EXCEL spreadsheet.
  6. Experience in corporate sales sector at least 8 (eight) years including 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in commercial solar.
  7. Technical aptitude and experience with sMicrosoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  8. Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand your customer base.
