Solaric is seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive commercial RoofTop solar project sales. Major role is to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure effective execution, ultimately achieving business goal.

Role Summary: The Head of Sales for Industrial Rooftop Solar will drive revenue growth and market share for the company’s solar solutions in the industrial sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with in-depth industry knowledge, the ability to build relationships with high-level decision-makers, and a focus on expanding sales pipelines. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, ensuring targets are met and that all initiatives align with the company’s goals for sustainability and client satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement sales strategies to capture market share in the industrial rooftop solar segment.
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team; set targets, manage performance, and foster professional growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industrial clients, including manufacturers, entrepreneurers, and large facility owners.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing models, and competitor offerings.
  • Drive revenue through direct sales strategies, while optimizing conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.
  • Work closely with the technical, engineering, and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management; adjust strategies based on market conditions and organizational priorities.

Academic Qualification: B.sc in EEE or Mechanical Engineering from BUET/RUET/KUET/CHUET/DUET MBA degree from a reputed university will be an added advantage

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • At least 5 years of experience of of Corporate/Industrial/B2B sales as Head of the Department.
  • Overall 12 years plus experience in corporate sales sector of which at least 3+ years in the Solar/Power business.
  • Well experienced in Automobile marketing sector, Commercial/Flat developer marketing, Generator/industrial heavy machine sales sector are also welcome.
